NHTSA Complaint #11613268 — 2016 FORD EDGE

When starting white smoke appeared for about 5 minutes. Check engine light came on 2 weeks ago after getting my oil changed. Car felt like it had lost its power and/or pep when accelerating. Found P0301 & P0316 engine misfires. TSB 22-2229 applies to concern. Performed coolant pressure test for 2 hours, removed cylinders 1 & 2 plugs inspected with bore scope and found coolant present in cylinder1, indicating coolant intrusion. Recommend replacement of engine long block as per TSB 22-2229 and retest. Also, bushing shifter cable recall was completed as well. Went to Bruce Titus Ford, Inc. Port Orchard, WA today [XXX] .
