The contact owns a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, there was an abnormal knocking noise detected. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the rack and pinion steering needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted.
