Consumer Description
The torque converter is slipping mostly during speed up in lower gears as a shuddering experience. Not safe to pass during these hick-ups due to the hesitations. I had it in at Apple Ford in White Bear Lake, MN. where they found it in the diagnostic performance. No warning lamps. It first started at around 67 or 68K miles. 70k miles on it now.
