NHTSA Complaint #11609825 — 2023 FISKER OCEAN

The contact owns a 2023 Fisker Ocean. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, occasionally the key fob failed to register even with the key being inside of the vehicle. The contact stated that the transmission would shift from drive to park or drive to neutral unintendedly. The "Charger Port Open" message was displayed on the instrument panel; however, the charger port was closed. The "ADAS System Not Operable" message was displayed on the instrument panel. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 24V404000 (Electrical System), 24V499000 (Electrical System), 24V466000 (Structure). The contact attempted to contact Fisker Customer Service; however, the contact received no response. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repairs. The vehicle was driven back to the residence. The contact stated that all Fisker dealers were closed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 6,100.
