NHTSA Complaint #11609540 — 2019 FORD ECOSPORT

On [XXX] a low engine oil pressure light came on. I checked my oil and it was fine. I contacted ford and they told me there was a recall but my car was still safe to drive. On [XXX] the engine light came on as well as the same warning. Upon leaving work my car lost acceleration and all power to the car including the brakes. I had it towed to ciocca ford of york pa. I am now without a car and keep getting the run around about approval for a loaner car. I am unable to trade the car in since it will be at the dealership for a lengthy time which is affecting my chances of getting financing for another vehicle since I still have an auto loan.
