Manufacturer Recall Number919A NHTSA Recall Number24V344 The center display and main display that shows all information turned off and went completely blank while driving the vehicle on the highway which could of caused an accident. I called Volkswagen and the dealership and they said there is nothing they can do because there is no remedy to fix the problem. They sent me an email saying the following: Hi ********, Thank you for speaking with me. As promised, I'm reaching out to provide VW's position in writing. No remedy can be provided until the recall repair becomes available. There is no level of escalation that will provide a different outcome. As soon as the repair is available, you will be notified via mail. To provide you with the best service possible, it’s important that you respond to us by replying to this email.
