Consumer Description

The onboard system for connecting the car to the 4g data has failed. Many many people online are reporting this issue. It is a safety issue because there is a loss of the SOS system that alerts authorities that the car has crashed. It also controls the onscreen road sigh display, which could lead to excessive speed and increase the likelihood of a crash. I have been working with VW Connected Car since October 2025 and it still has not been fixed. Here is link to some of the many complaints about this safety issue.
