Consumer Description

The Active Head Rest on the driver seat in my 2015 Chrysler Town and Country. I purchased this vehicle brand new from the dealer in 2015 from the Chrylser Dealer in Springfield, IL. No one was driving the vehicle at the time, we only notice the headrest had activated after entering the vehicle after it was parked in our garage. I have contacted my local dealer (Burlington, IA) to determine the repair/replacement required. No other warning lights are shown on the dashboard.
