Consumer Description
This car has had open recalls for over a year. No dealers in the area have been able to fix them. They claim Volkswagen cannot get them parts on time. They’ve cancelled my service appointments multiple times. The car is now completely dead after a series of electrical faults and I’m unable to get in the car at all. What if my daughter was in her car seat and I was unable to get into it?! The amount of issues I’ve had with this car is insane. Constant faults including “child safety lock” not working. This is 2021 leased brand new. The recalls started over a year ago and I haven’t been able to get them fixed. Isn’t there someone sort of SLA for when a recall needs to be repaired?
