Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2018 GMC Terrain. The contact stated while driving 45-50 MPH, a message indicating that the engine was not at full capacity was displayed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the engine had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 342,000.
