NHTSA Complaint #11604076 — 2022 RAM 1500

The contact owns a 2022 Ram 1500. The contact stated while driving 20-30 MPH after making a turn, the vehicle stalled. The contact shifted to neutral(N) and pulled to the side of the roadway. The contact had not attempted to restart the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the dealer; however, the failure could not be duplicated. The contact stated that the failure had recurred six months later. The contact was able to restart the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a secondary dealer, Rick Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Duluth (2473 Pleasant Hill Rd, Duluth, GA 30096); however, the failure could not be duplicated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 22,000.
