Consumer Description

Vehicle stopped running on the interstate [XXX] [XXX]. Barely ran with electric motor about 7 miles an hour. Took it to Dick Hanna Chrysler July 9, 2020 in Vancouver Washington and they did a software update recall 03A? On [XXX] The car stopped running again on the interstate. Took it to the same dealer and now they tell me the power inverter module Needs to be replaced. The part is not available. It is dangerous for a vehicle to stop running, especially on a high speed interstate. No timeframe as to when problem will be solved.
