NHTSA Complaint #11602327 — 2015 HONDA CROSSTOUR

The contact owns a 2015 Honda Crosstour. The contact stated that upon attempting to start the vehicle, the failed to respond as intended. The contact stated that after several attempts, the vehicle was started. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the starter was replaced; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 115,000.
