NHTSA Complaint #11500824 — 2015 HONDA CROSSTOUR

The contact owns a 2015 Honda Crosstour. The contact stated that after purchasing the vehicle, there was an abnormal sound while starting the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the starter was replaced; however, the failure recurred. The contact stated that recently the vehicle failed to start as needed. The vehicle was towed to the dealer but was not yet repaired or diagnosed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
