The contact that while driving 60 MPH and attempting to complete a turn, upon depressing the brake pedal, the contact became aware that the brake pedal was stiff and had seized in the depressed position. As a result, the contact briefly lost control of the vehicle, coming to a complete stop in a field after leaving the roadway and engaging the parking brake.
