The contact stated that in May 2024, NHTSA Campaign Number: 18V167000 (Steering) and 19V632000 (Steering) recall repairs were completed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was filed.
