NHTSA Complaint #11595142 — 2015 FORD F-150

The contact owns a 2015 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while reversing, the contact became aware of a red line around the image displayed. The contact also stated that when the vehicle was shifted into reverse(R), the beeping sound of the rear-view camera was activated when there were no objects in the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or local dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 131,000.
