NHTSA Complaint #11594889 — 2023 FISKER OCEAN

The contact owns a 2023 Fisker Ocean. The contact stated while driving approximately 35 MPH and depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle was hesitating before the vehicle started slowing as needed. The contact stated that the ABS warning light was illuminated. Additionally, the contact stated that the key fob was not recognized by the vehicle and the contact was unable to open the doors. The contact had replaced the key fob battery several times. The contact stated that a factory mechanic was at the residence and diagnosed and determined that a software update was needed to be completed. The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that the failure had reoccurred. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.
