NHTSA Complaint #11594244 — 2023 FISKER OCEAN

There are two display screens in the Fisker Ocean. One is small, in front of the driver. The second screen is mounted center of the dashboard. About 4 weeks ago I experienced a complete failure of the larger center information screen, which includes control over settings, navigation, bluetooth connections, phone calling, audio channels, charging (amps) settings, trip meters, odometer, owner's manual and A/C control. This renders the vehicle undrivable in the typical Texas day -- NO Air conditioning! I have sent numerous emails to the help/support line and have called Fisker. I have an incident / case number but no response from the company about how to fix this. Case [XXX] There are also numerous warnings, alarms, beeps and resets while the car is being driven. Periodically, both screens go blank, causing the driver to wonder if the car will stop abruptly in traffic. I drive this car daily only in my neighborhood at slow speeds to check status of this condition. It has not improved since May 17. I am afraid of driving this car on the highway or any street where there is traffic. I am awaiting someone from Fisker to fix this dangerous condition.
