The contact owns a 2016 Ford F-150. The contact stated that on several occasions while the vehicle was shifted into reverse(R), the back-up camera image was distorted. The vehicle was not taken to be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 70,500.
