Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken for routine service at the local dealer, and the technician advised her that the engine oil cooler needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the vehicle was also taken to several independent mechanics and the diagnostic result was confirmed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure; however, no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 44,000.
