Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport. The contact stated while driving approximately 10 MPH, the vehicle started losing motive power. No warning light was illuminated. The contact engaged the electric parking brake to move the vehicle to the side of the road. A mechanic was contacted and was able to restart the vehicle. The dealer was contacted, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 41,000. The VIN was not available.
