The contact owns a 2016 Ford F-250. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the steering wheel was shaking uncontrollably. The contact stated that the steering wheel was shaking, and it was difficult to hold onto the steering wheel. The contact decelerated and the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the failure had previously occurred, and the vehicle was repaired; however, the failure reoccurred. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 106,000.
