The contact owns a 2023 Ford F-350 SD. The contact stated while operating the vehicle, the message "Pre-Collision Assist Not Available" was displayed. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who stated that the Pre-Collision Assist Module was faulty and required a software update. The contact was informed that the software update was not yet available and that the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 1,300.
