The contact owns a 2022 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the gear shifter turned hard. The contact also stated that while shifting the gear, she noticed an abnormal sound. The contact stated that no warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer.
