I believe the manufacturer has failed to resolve the safety recall in a timely manner. The recall notice was sent on July 2023 and they still don’t have a fix or information on the recall. The The sole purpose of me purchasing this vehicle was to save money on gasoline and the manufacturer states to not charge my vehicle. I’ve called three times since the recall and the Ford representative over in corporate headquarters cannot give me an answer. Know that although the vehicle is under my spouse’s name [XXX] ), i’m the one driving it and making the payments. What are my options?
