NHTSA Complaint #11581742 — 2015 FORD FUSION

The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the electronic power steering failed to function properly, requiring increased effort to maneuver the vehicle. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who diagnosed a failure with the rack and pinion. The vehicle was not repaired.
