Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V132000 (Suspension, Steering). The dealer was notified of the issue and informed the contact that parts were not yet available. The contact was informed that the dealer was allowed to order one bolt every 7 days. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
