remedy not yet available ON YOUR VEHICLE, THE BATTERY ENERGY CONTROL MODULE BECM MAY BECOME DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF EXCESS VOLTAGE AND CURRENT FLOW. Safety Risk EXCESS VOLTAGE AND CURRENT FLOW THROUGH THE BECM CAN RESULT IN A LOSS OF MOTIVE POWER WHICH INCREASES THE RISK OF A CRASH, OR A VEHICLE FIRE IN THE TRUNK AREA Iam not able to charge my vehicle since July 2023 recall notice. I now have to purchase an extra $140 month in gas because I cannot use my charging system on the vehicle. I contacted FORD 1/20/24 1.800.392.3673 spoke to customer recall service and they stated there is not date on a remedy. I requested compensation and requested them to open a case number for me to escalate a supervisor to speak to me and they stated there is nothing they can do.
