NHTSA Complaint #11566566 — 2017 NISSAN ROGUE

The heat in my vehicle only works on the passenger side. It does not blow out warm or hot on the driver's side. This is due to a stripped actuator in the blend door. Yes, it is available for inspection upon request. I live in Colorado where it gets very cold. Because the heat doesn't work on the driver's side, the windshield doesn't defrost well. This is a hazard because I cannot see through my windshield when I'm driving and it's cold out. Yes, this problem was inspected and confirmed by a local Nissan Dealer in Lakewood, Colorado. There are no warning messages. There are a LOT of other people having this exact same problem. See some of the blogs below.
