Consumer Description
The contact rented a 2023 Toyota Corolla from Avis Car Rental Company located at 6520 McNair Cir, Sacramento, CA 95837. The contact stated that while renting the vehicle, she became aware that the VIN was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V480000 (Steering). The contact had not experienced a failure. The contact stated that upon returning the vehicle, she informed Avis Rental Company that the VIN was included in a recall; however, the recall repair was not performed on the vehicle.
