Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-150. The contact stated that the vehicle experienced excessive oil consumption and while operating the vehicle at lower RPM a rattling and pinging sound was coming from the engine compartment. Additionally, the check engine warning light was illuminated. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 75,000.
