Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport. The contact stated that while attempting to reverse, he heard an abnormal sound coming from the rear brakes. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was 100.
