Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2014 Jeep Patriot. The contact stated that the front passenger’s side headrest unintendedly deployed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed and determined that the headrest needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure; however, the contact had not received a callback. The approximate failure mileage was 64,000.
