The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated while driving approximately 65 MPH, the contact drove over a depression on the roadway and the vehicle started to vibrate. The contact stated that the vibration was transmitted to the steering wheel. The contact stated that she depressed the brake pedal and the vehicle lurched to the left and the right. The contact took her foot off the accelerator pedal and the vehicle slowed. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact had not taken the vehicle to a local dealer or independent mechanic. The contact stated that the failure had become a recurring failure at various speeds. The vehicle was not diagnosed and was not repaired. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 23,000.
