The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the parts for the recall repair would not be available for 4 years. Additionally, the manufacturer declined to buy back the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000. Parts distribution disconnect.
