The contact owns a 2011 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that while the vehicle was started, the steering wheel seized. The vehicle was towed to a dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the power steering control module and rack and pinion needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 151,000.
