NHTSA Complaint #11547354 — 2017 TOYOTA CAMRY

I have a 2017 toyota camry with only 30k miles and the servo motor has gone bad. that's what the dealership told me. i was told by dealership this is a common problem, yet Toyota doesn't have a bulletin for this issue. i am looking on [XXX] and see it's listed and several other websites. i was told repair cost can be $1,4000 - 4,800. Car has only 30k miles so i am quite surprised that it's needing this costly repair. Furthermore, given the fact that it's a known issue why did Toyota not have a bulletin for this?
