NHTSA Complaint #11547059 — 2009 HONDA CR-V

The vehicle was inspected, and it was determined that the rear subframe was damaged beyond repair due to extreme corrosion. The contact was informed by the dealer that a case would be opened. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was informed that she would receive a call back however, the contact had not yet received the call back. The failure mileage was unknown.
