Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that when the vehicle was started, the air bag warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the jumper wiring had shorted out by rubbing against the frame and the passenger’s seat air bag and jumper wiring needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 60,279.
