Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2013 Ford Focus. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle started driving rough with the transmission warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and was diagnosed with a clutch judder. The contact was informed that the transmission needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the clutch had been replaced twice before the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and offered to cover a part of the cost for the repair. The failure mileage was approximately 64,533.
