The contact then learned that the vehicle was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V431000 (Back Over Prevention), so they took the vehicle to the dealer and had the remedy completed. The camera continued to fail to display the rearview of the vehicle. They returned the vehicle to the dealer who then diagnosed that the camera had failed. The camera needed to be replaced.
