The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who performed a software update under the NHTSA recall campaign 23V010000(Electrical System, Hybrid Propulsion System) but the failure continued to occur. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer who diagnosed that the transmission needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
