Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Compass. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, she became aware that during the daytime the instrument panel was extremely difficult to see, severely compromising the visibility of important vehicle information. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who determined that the vehicle required a software update that was not yet available. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 15,000.
