The contact owns a 2023 Audi Q7. The contact stated that while his wife was driving at an undisclosed speed, a rock hit the front windshield. The contact noticed a crack on the driver's side of the windshield. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the windshield needed to be replaced.
