Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2018 Ford F150. The contact stated while starting the vehicle, there was an abnormal rattling sound coming from the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the contact was informed that the camshaft needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted but provided no assistance. The approximate failure mileage was 25,000. The contact stated that the vehicle has all Ford parts yet is not a part of the recall. The vehicle has not been repaired.
