Consumer Description
I called the dealership to see what do I need to do for my recall they told me to bring my car in. I brought my car in and they said that I need a appointment to bring it back on 7/25/2023. I brought it back on 7/25/23 and they kept it until 7/28/23 told be that they need to order parts. They have not contacted me. I would like to file a complaint All Star Dodge in Denham Springs, Louisiana 225-523-3652. Please let me know what I need to do. I have had 2 people come to my house about this recall and the dealership has been no help! Michelle Smith 225-931-5276
