However, the contact stated that the manufacturer was contacted and advised the contact that they had received a report from the dealer stating that the vehicle was beyond repair. The manufacturer informed the contact that a case had been opened and they were working on buying back the vehicle. The contact stated that the case manager was unreachable. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact's mother had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
