Consumer Description

I have been trying to get my airbag changed from recall. Toyota will not do the repair. They refuse to pick up my truck. My Reference number at Toyota is 220901001583. This is the number Toyota corp. gave to me. Twice corp. set up the repair both times dealers refused to come get it. Now corp. says I have to bring it in to get the repair. For two years they have been sending me recall notices saying they will come and get the vehicle. now they refuse to do that. I will not take it to Toyota. they have wasted enough of my time already.
