Consumer Description

I called KILLEEN -FORD Servlce department and spoke to a lady to make an appointment for my recall but I was told I don't have an active recall for this vehicle. I called FORD HQ Customer Relationship right away and verified the recall and it is still ACTIVE RECALL. I was unable to make an appt for the recall. Now my questions are; How can I trust Ford in city of Killeen that they fixed previous RECALL ? How do I know that they will fix this current recall? Putting others life in danger no have excuse!
